BABY MASSAGE AND BABY YOGA
Live in person classes starting in April 2021- Limited space Booking Essential.
THE CLASSES
Baby Massage
The classes are fun, friendly and informal. They are baby led and baby always comes first. There is no right or wrong way for your baby to respond. It is fine if your baby cries, needs feeding, changing or just a little cuddle. The baby massage class is a supportive non-judgmental environment where you can enjoy bonding with your baby, learning new skills and making some new friends.

The classes will run over 5 weeks and I will show you how to gently massage your baby. Baby massage is suitable for babies aged 8 weeks +

Baby Yoga
Baby yoga is a great way to support your baby’s development. By exposing your baby to a range of movements, stretches and poses you stimulate all your baby’s senses. This exposure to new, exciting and fun movements helps your baby learn and develop. Baby yoga can help to build core strength and gain the skills needed for crawling, sitting up and rolling over. During classes we sing songs and rhymes which help baby to relax. Included in the class are some gentle stretches for Mums and relaxing breathing techniques.
The classes will run over 5 weeks . Baby yoga is suitable for babies aged 12 week to crawling.

Online Class Review
had such a lovely 'virtual' time learning baby massage with Chris. I did the course with the girls from my NCT classes during lockdown of 2020 and we were so excited to start baby classes together before lockdown happened and were unable to do so. Luckily Chris came to our rescue offering to teach us all via video link and we all loved it and learned so much. I don't think being taught over video took away from the experience in anyway and would highly recommend it for new mums out there at the moment. Thanks again Chris :)

ABOUT
My name is Chris Nicholls; I first trained in childcare over 35 years ago and am passionate about working with babies and toddlers. I have been a Nanny, Maternity Nurse, a swimming teacher for babies and toddlers and have also been in charge of a nursery room in a private nursery school. Most importantly I am the mother of twins.
I attended baby massage classes with my twins and adored the bonding, loving experience. Both myself and my children loved every second of it. It was a great way to communicate with my babies and gain a greater understanding and confidence of their needs through this gentle method of communication. It was also fun and a great way to get out and meet other Mums. I felt inspired to train in baby massage and yoga for babies and toddlers and when my children grew older it became the right time to follow my dream.

CAN I BRING TWINS TO THE CLASS?
Yes, you can learn to massage them both together, or you can bring a second adult.
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES OR NEEDS TO FEED OR BE CHANGED?
